Meta-analysis is the worst possible type of survey. They take multiple studies with many methodological designs, often disparate, and attempt to make some sort of sense out of them. Poor studies are lumped with good studies. Any conclusion is only as good as the weakest study in the group. Also... A particularly damning statement:
"Dr. Ross Andrews and coauthor from the Menzies School of Health Research, Darwin, Australia state that the researchers' conclusions exceed the evidence presented."
