This is NOT food and nutrient education.<BR/>As for my credentials, I am a health care professional with many decades of research and study in the science of nutrition. I chose to do this work after seeing numerous pateints die in hospital because of the dietician diet.<BR/>Very few in dietetics are certified in nutrition.
